📋 Basic Eligibility

  • Minimum age 14 years (as on 17 Aug 2026)
  • No upper age limit for most trades
  • 8th pass for some trades
  • 10th pass for most Engineering trades
  • 12th pass for few advanced trades
  • Both boys and girls eligible

⚠️ Important — Read Before Applying If you already have an active ITI admission in any trade, you cannot take admission in another CTS course for session 2026. Doing so without informing will lead to cancellation of admission. Each trainee must have a unique mobile number — same number cannot be used for two trainees.

Register using your active mobile number. Keep this number active throughout your course — it cannot be changed until you get your NTC certificate.

Enter your personal details, select your preferred trade and ITI. Check available seats in your ITI before applying.

Submit Before Last Date — Check Your State Portal

The DGT official last date is 8 August 2026 — but each state sets its own earlier deadline. For example, Telangana Phase 1 closes 8 June 2026. Always verify the exact last date on your state portal before applying. After admission, complete Aadhaar-based verification to get your PRN.

💡 APAAR ID — New for 2026 Batch From session 2026, all ITI trainees will get an APAAR ID (12-digit academic identity) linked to DigiLocker. Your ITI certificates and credits will be stored digitally. Give consent to your ITI principal for APAAR ID generation at the time of admission.
