📄 Method 1 — Download Marksheet from ncvtmis.gov.in
This is the traditional NCVT MIS portal. You need your Registration Number, Father's/Guardian's Name, and Date of Birth.
Visit the official NCVT MIS Portal
Open your browser and go to www.ncvtmis.gov.in. This is the official government portal managed by DGT (Directorate General of Training).
Click on "Trainee" → "Trainee Profile"
On the homepage, look for the "Trainee" tab in the top menu. Click it and select "Trainee Profile" from the dropdown menu that appears.
Enter your details
Fill in the following details on the login page:
🔹 Registration Number — from your ITI admit card or ID card
🔹 Father's / Guardian's Name
🔹 Date of Birth (DD/MM/YYYY format)
🔹 Captcha Code — type the characters shown in the image
Click "Submit"
After entering all details correctly, click the Submit button. Your complete Trainee Profile will open on the screen.
Download Your Marksheet
Scroll down to the bottom of the Trainee Profile page. Click on "Print Consolidated Marksheet" button. Your ITI marksheet PDF will open — save it or print it directly.

The newer Skill India Digital Hub portal. You need your PRN (Permanent Registration Number) and Date of Birth.
Visit Skill India Digital Portal
Go to www.skillindiadigital.gov.in on your mobile or computer.
Login with PRN and Date of Birth
Click on the "Login" button. Enter your PRN Number (Permanent Registration Number) and your Date of Birth. Click Submit/Login.
Go to "View Details" Dashboard
After logging in, click on the "View Details" section in your dashboard. Here you will see your academic records and exam results.
Click the 3-dot menu (⋮)
Click on the three-dot menu (⋮) at the top right corner of your dashboard. You will see options: View Results, Download Marksheet, Download Certificate.
Download Marksheet PDF
Click "Download Marksheet". Your ITI marksheet PDF will be ready to save. You can also download your ITI Certificate from the same menu.

📌 Common Problems & Solutions
❌ Website not opening or very slow
This happens when lakhs of students check results at the same time. Solution: Wait 15–20 minutes and try again. Try in early morning (6–8 AM) when traffic is low.
❌ Registration number not found
Check your ITI identity card, admit card, or fee receipt for the correct registration number. Make sure to enter it exactly as printed — no spaces or extra characters.
❌ Marksheet shows wrong name or marks
Immediately contact your ITI Principal/Exam In-charge with your admit card and original documents. Do not delay — corrections must be requested within the stipulated period.
❌ Cannot download — PDF not opening
Install Adobe Acrobat Reader or any PDF viewer on your phone. On Chrome browser, try: Menu › Print › Save as PDF.
